Kansas City Actors Theatre’s mission is to produce thought-provoking plays that explore, celebrate, and share what it is to be human, with sensitivity, intelligence, and humor. We nurture our local artistic community by employing the finest talents of Kansas City’s diverse professional theatre community, which in turn makes Kansas City a more vibrant, vital place to live and work.

To that end…

KCAT is artist-led and artist-driven. We are a collective of local theatre professionals who collaborate with a community Board to realize and advance our mission.
KCAT employs Kansas City artists and artisans, pays them professional rates, and creates a physically and emotionally safe working environment that frees artists to take bold and brave risks.
KCAT affirms that inclusive representation is essential to every aspect of our organization, from the stories on our stage, to the artists who tell those stories, to the Board and committee members who make operational and artistic decisions.

Box Office Info

TeenTix KC Pass holders can purchase $5 tickets (or two for $10) to any performance by phone, online, or in-person on the day of the show. TeenTix are subject to availability. Call the box office at (816) 361-5228 to verify ticket availability. Purchases may be made using all major credit or debit cards. Cash will only be accepted for tickets in-person.

In-person: To purchase TeenTix in person, visit the box office up to one hour before performance start time. Show the box office representative your digital pass to purchase your tickets.

Online: From www.kcactors.org click the  desired show, click the “Purchase Tickets” button, then click the “Buy Tickets” button next to that day’s performance. Click on the “Have a Promo Code?” button, and enter “TEENTIX” The $5 ticket option will become available at the end of the list of ticket options. Check in at the Will Call table in the lobby of the City Stage with your name and show your TeenTix digital pass when you arrive.

By Phone: Call the box office at (816) 361-5228, and tell the box office representative that you are a TeenTix Pass Holder. Check in at the Will Call table in the lobby with your name and show your TeenTix digital pass when arrive. Tickets cannot be held without payment.

Please note all ticket sales are final, and exchanges are not available for TeenTix tickets.
